About This Design
Organic Casual
We expanded the rattan pendant canopy across the full ceiling to unify a wide open floor plan where every seat feels equally connected to the natural material overhead. The trailing plant wall runs the entire length of the back wall, creating a continuous green backdrop that anchors the space. Decorative circular ceiling recesses add architectural rhythm above, while the gray wainscoting and mint chairs keep the lower zone clean and inviting.
Design Tip
When covering a wide ceiling with pendants, vary the basket sizes between 18 and 30 inches to avoid a monotonous grid pattern. Align the largest pendants over primary seating clusters and use smaller ones to fill gaps. Run trailing plants along the full back wall rather than in isolated spots to create a continuous green horizon line.

This is the same boba cafe viewed from a different angle, showing the service counter at the far end with an arched gray accent wall framing the prep area. The trailing plants on the ledge shelf create a green band at mid-height that visually separates the upper white walls from the gray wainscoting below, giving the long room horizontal structure.
