About This Design
We unified seventeen distinct rooms by repeating one set of materials: travertine, brass, sage panels, oak herringbone, and curved boucle. Each room has its own personality, from cigar lounge to wine cellar to salon, but the same materials carry across every threshold so the home reads as one whole.
Design Tip
When designing a whole home, lock five materials across every room before finishing one. Travertine, brass, sage panels, oak herringbone, and curved boucle anchor each space here. Repetition makes a multi-room home read as one continuous story.

Spatial Approach
The great room sits at the home center with kitchen, dining, and living zones flowing together. Service rooms cluster on the east wing, while private rooms (baths, piano, library) anchor the west. The curved staircase ties both wings to the upper level.
Best For
Suits a multi-generational family who needs distinct rooms for daily life and hosting but wants the home to feel cohesive. The open great room handles gatherings; private retreats like the piano room, library, and theater hold quieter activities.
