About This Design
We used this wide-angle dining room to showcase how bold seating color can transform an industrial brick interior into something warm and inviting. The yellow tufted armchairs serve as the room's energy source, pulling attention through the space and giving guests a sense of playfulness. Mirror elements on the left wall reflect the bar area and double the perceived room size, while overhead greenery creates a lush canopy overhead.
Design Tip
Use one bold seating color as a visual thread that pulls guests through the entire dining room. Place mirrors opposite windows or bar areas to double perceived space and bounce light. Vary chair styles but keep the bold color consistent across at least 40 percent of the seating for cohesion.

Spatial Approach
This wide dining hall uses the brick wall as a gallery rail for oversized steampunk clock artwork, with tables pushed toward the center to keep a generous walkway along the art. Trailing plants cascade from ceiling-mounted planters to soften the hard industrial surfaces overhead, while mixed chair colors in yellow, gray, and brown prevent the repetitive table grid from feeling institutional.
Best For
Large-format casual dining or event spaces that need to seat 80+ without feeling like a cafeteria. The industrial character suits brewpubs, food halls, or converted warehouse restaurants.
