About This Design
Organic Modern
We built this studio around warm oak floors, a two-tone black-and-honey kitchen, and a green velvet sectional that anchors the living zone. Marble island, cognac leather stools, vertical wood slat wall, and an olive tree carry the natural materials through every zone.
Design Tip
Place a large sectional in deep forest green to anchor the living zone of an open-plan studio. The color reads as a natural room divider without walls, while warm oak floors and cognac leather accents tie every zone together.

We laid out three zones along one axis: green sectional and coffee table in front, round dining table mid-ground, kitchen at the rear wall. The slat panel and olive tree on the right edge the living zone without blocking light or sightlines.
