About This Design
Modern Farmhouse
We designed this kitchen with a dark accent wall behind the range to create a focal point. The white cabinets with dark counters provide classic contrast, while the wood island and woven bar stools add texture and warmth. Globe pendants keep the lighting simple and let the materials do the talking. The contrast between crisp white uppers and dark lower cabinets creates visual depth, while butcher block countertops add warmth to an otherwise monochromatic scheme.
