We designed this closet as a calm dressing room around one statement: a backlit shelf wall that turns shoes and bags into a curated display. A rattan ottoman softens the center, while an arched mirror in the dressing extension carries daylight without adding clutter.
Design Tip
Light the shelves, not the room. Backlit cabinetry turns shoes and handbags into a display while letting the rest of the closet stay calm. Choose warm white LEDs around 2700K so the lighting flatters leather and skin tones.
